Come Monday, all final inspections should be in-hand for the current phase of the Michael Jordan Nissan Renovation and Expansion project. Those partial finals will allow the Owner to occupy the entire Showroom (although some ceramic tile floor and electrical work remains in the front half), sales and financing offices, a new Customer Lounge, and new restrooms.
Furniture was delivered yesterday for the offices. The cubicles will be moved next week from their temporary location in the front half of the Showroom to their permanent spot on the carpet inlay areas.
Site lighting installation has been slow but steady. The new LED lighting on the exterior is impressive!
After some moving around at the beginning of next week, we will move on to the last phase of the project.
This project is being delivered through an Architect-led Design-Build process with Gontram Architecture and Ten Penny Construction, Inc.
