Sigma Nu – NCSU – 026

Front of house.

Front of house.

The masonry veneer work nears completion around the exterior of the Sigma Nu Fraternity House at NC State University.  With the exception of the bay windows (curved stone had to be ordered for those features) and some cornice elements around the front entrance, brick and stone work is almost complete.

Stone trim and brick piers have been installed on the rear balcony.  The seat wall around the side patio is also installed.  These features will make outdoor gatherings a pleasure.

On the inside of the house, HVAC, Sprinkler, Electrical and Plumbing workers are roughing in their work above ceiling and inside wall framing.  Space is getting tight, which is making things interesting (and contentious).
