The Sigma Nu Fraternity House project at North Carolina State University continues progress on the interior. Sheetrock installation continues on the walls on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Sound mat from United Plastics is installed on bedroom walls to help with acoustics. The project is participating as part of a test case for sound barrier testing.
On the roof, 2 of the 3 air handlers have been set. The chiller was also hoisted onto the roof as soon as it arrived on-site. The mechanical system was designed so every bedroom has its own thermostat.
Completion date is tentatively scheduled for mid-December of 2013.For more information on the project, please check out our Website.
