Hardi-trim installation began this week and interior finish work continues at the Sigma Nu Fraternity House at North Carolina State University.

Sheetrock installation finished on the 3rd floor and within the 40′ high lobby area.  The scaffold rental is up next Tuesday, so we can’t wait for it to be removed so we can see the finished lobby ceiling!

Prime paint is underway throughout the house.  Wood trim installation also began this week, especially around windows on the 1st floor.

Ceramic tile installation continues throughout the house.  Kitchen quarry tile is also installed.

In the Kitchen, the exhaust hood and FRP wall panels have also been installed.

Completion date is tentatively scheduled for mid-December of 2013.  For more information on the project, please check out our Website.
