The installation of the large front porch columns began this week for the Sigma Nu Fraternity House at North Carolina State University. The 37″ diameter, 20 foot high columns have added that Greek, academic feel to the front of the house that was originally intended.
Waterproofing on the rear Balcony commenced mid-week. Paver installation is anxiously anticipated along with the installation of the exterior stairs.
Inside the house, the main lobby stair and guardrail are installed, adding the final elements to the grand Lobby area off of the main entrance. Installation had been delayed pending completion of the tower painting and Gypcrete installation on the 3rd floor.
Completion date is tentatively scheduled for mid-December of 2013. For more information on the project, please check out our Website.
